We took the slideshowpro plugin and integrated it into wordpress using a dynamically driven flash slideshow powered by XML files populated from the wordpress database. Basically in English that means that the client is able to upload an image through the wordpress's backend and it will automatically appear in various locations based on custom check boxes, no manual uploading via FTP for images, everything is contained neatly in the backend of wordpress and the best part is that the flash slideshow is automatically generated. The client can upload an image, chose for it to be in the front page slideshow AND in the individual portfolio page. Slideshow pro was also very cool to work with and very versatile, one of the only flash objects I would bother to touch. A demo is available while the actual site is still in development.

Unleashed Humor is a site that stands to change the way we look at comedy, with its throw caution to the wind and total lack of political correctness in your fact attitude. This site was built with blog and ec-ommerce functionality in mind on the Wordpress v2.3 platform. I chose Wordpress because of its immense versatility, ease of use and minimal learning curve for my clients. It was ideal for this project as the client wanted to be able to sell his comedy books and have an interesting comedy site.
