VA went through many variations and was eventually completed with the look you see in this picture, however they have since changed the website's appearance since I worked on it. VA is another site I decided to use Joomla with as it is a very versatile system but can at times be overly complicated, this isn't necessarily a downside as it does offer advanced functionality compared to other CMS's out there.
